What we keep, and what we don't

We collect the minimum needed to run the leaderboard and report on the campaign's impact.

• Participants register with a preferred name
• Routes are never stored
• We only keep kilometres ridden and an approximate starting location to understand which parts of HRM had the most activity
• All personal data is deleted once post-campaign reporting is complete

What you're agreeing to

• By signing up, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy above
• You'll receive transactional emails related to your account, such as sign-in codes, leaderboard and prize updates, and campaign notices, only during the Go By Bike Month campaign period
• HCC's newsletter is separate from these transactional emails and is opt-in
• HCC reserves the right to require additional verification for rides to ensure fairness
